Health Insurance:
  • CIGNA, 3 OPTIONS enrollment 1st of month after 90 day wait.

  • IPA COMBINATION OF CLINICS AND PHYSICIANS.

  • Company pays majority of premium costs.

Dental Insurance:
  • Administered by UNITED CONCORDIA, enrollment 1st of month after 90 day wait.
  • Routine & basic restorative dental services covered at 80%.

Vision Coverage:
  • Spectera offers savings on eyewear, lenses and frames.
Sick Days:
  • 10 days per year (2 of these days may be used as Personal Days in lieu of sick days).
Vacation:Based on date of hire:
  • Beginning first year accrue at 80 hours per year.
  • Beginning the third year accrue at 120 hours per year.
  • Beginning the sixth year accrue at 160 hours per year.
Holidays:
  • 9 paid holidays New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, President’s, Good Friday (another religious holiday may be substituted), Memorial, Fourth of July, Labor, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Life Insurance & AD&D:
  • Equal to one times salary; enrollment 1st of month after 90 day wait.
  • No cost to employee. Company pays 100%. Provided through THE HARTFORD.
Short Term Disability (STD):
  • 60% of weekly pay up to maximum of $400/week; from 15th consecutive day up to a maximum of 26 weeks; enrollment 1st of month after 90 day wait.
  • No cost to employee. Company pays 100%. Provided through THE HARTFORD.
401(K):
  • 1 year wait period. Enrollment January 1 and July 1. Full time employment w/over 1000 hrs worked.
  • Employee pre-tax contributions.
  • Up to 3% discretionary employer match based on years of service.
Pension (Profit Share):
  • Contributions are based on salary & years of service.
