A New Leaf operates community-based centers that provide a comprehensive array of culturally relevant and strength-based services to children, youth and their families. Dorothy B. Mitchell Counseling Center and West Valley Community Behavioral Health Services Center provide counseling, case management, support and medication management services. The Arizona Practice Model featuring Child and Family Teams is utilized to amplify family voice and provide for our clients the best support possible.
Services:
- Comprehensive assessments and placement in individual and/or group
counseling
- Psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
- In home family support through the Meet Me Where I Am Program
- Comprehensive case management activities
- Social Skills Training/Activities Programs- After School, Weekend and Summer
