What is it?

A 5-bedroom, 3-bath house set amongst the Beautiful Boulders in Prescott, Arizona. It’s perfect for Relaxing, Family Time, Teambuilding and Get-Away purposes. The house is "fully" furnished and includes 2 meeting rooms, 2 patios with spectacular views, and a large kitchen with all major appliances & cooking necessities. A low-cost rental site for groups or families doing reunions, retreats, get-aways, training or strategic planning ($100 per night. Based on 5 guests plus $5 for each additional guest.)

Non-profit Children’s groups are limited to 16 individuals (including chaperones) $150 per night. Guest limit 16 with individuals staying at one time.

Deposit:
A $100 refundable cleaning/key deposit is due in cash/check form at the time of your confirmation. It may be refunded within one week of your stay depending on the key and check list being returned within 24 hours of stay & inspection of the facility. Cancellations must be made two weeks before arrival date to receive refund (unless the facility gets re-rented by another group.) Reservations can not be made more than 90 days prior to the reservation date requested. If more than one individual or group wants the same weekend, names will go into a hat and one will be drawn. A confirmation of your reservation will be made no earlier than 30 days prior to arrival date. A New Leaf reserves the right to deny any reservation request at any time. Due to the high demand for reservations during holidays and the summer months; no group or individual may reserve the retreat for more than one holiday or more than one weekend during the summer (May – Sept) in a calendar year.
