Riverboat Building

The Riverboat building, which is 10,000 square feet, is designed as a riverboat and seats 200-750 guests depending on set-up preferences. Available Monday, Wednesday and Friday day, and evenings by reservation only. Music and alcohol is permitted on the property for your event, please call for details.

Pricing for Riverboat building is $650.00 for 6-hour events with up to 100 guests. (Includes appropriate seating for 100 guests, 4 banquet tables, handicap assessable facilities, air conditioning and/or heating, set up, cleaning and tear down.)
Other fees include:
Additional guests over 100		$2.50 each
Refundable damage deposit (subject to inspection)		$250.00
White linen tablecloths for guest tables		$5.00 each
White linen tablecloths for banquet tables		$8.00 each
Additional hourly fee		$50.00
PA system, temporary stage, fountain beverages and coffee are available for additional fees and the Captain Galley Snack Bar is open on request for events and meetings. Non–profit discount available.

	Pavilion

The Pavilion Area is a 4,000 square feet covered area outdoors. This village-like area can accommodate up to 200 guests in a dinner/special event setting. Availability is 7 days a week days and evenings by reservation only. Beautifully lit for your event enjoyment. Music and alcohol is permitted on the property for your event, please call for details.

Pricing for Riverboat Pavilion is $250.00 for 6-hour events with up to 100 guests. (Includes appropriate seating for 100 guests, 4 banquet tables, set up, cleaning and tear down.)

A temporary stage can be made available for an additional fee. Non–profit discount available.

	Gazebos

Two Gazebo’s are located behind the main hall in a large grassy area. This area can be used for Weddings, Quincenera ceremonies, Baptisms, etc. Rental fee is $50.00 per hour. White plastic chairs are available at $1.00 each.

	RV Storage

RV Storage Rental is available at Riverboat Acres. Fees are from $50.00 to $60.00 per month. Discounts are available for pre-paid 6 month and 1 year purchases, please call for rates. This property is open seven days a week (with the exception of some holidays) on Saturday 9am - 7pm and all other days 7am - 7 pm and is secured after hours.
