- 3 Residential Treatment Centers (RTCs)
- An accredited school
- Outpatient counseling

A New Leaf operates three Residential Treatment Centers. Dorothy Mitchell Residence, Helaman House and Larry Simmons Residence offer special treatment for youth ages 12-17 who experience interpersonal problems within their family or community. Program components include individudal and group therapy, family counseling, schooling and pre-vocational skills training. Residences are licensed by the Department of Health Services.
Clients are referred through the Arizona Juvenile Court System, the Department of Juvenile Corrections, Child Welfare Services, Behavioral Health systems and private insurance.

Alice Peterson Residence Fact Sheet
Alice Peterson Residence is a 30-day residential program offering an alternative to juvenile detention for boys ages 12-17 who are referred by the court and corrections systems. Among other services, this program includes on-site certified education and individual, group and family counseling.

Eaton School is a North Central Accredited school that offers highly individualized academics to A New Leaf's residential youth from the Dorothy Mitchell Residence, Helaman House and Larry Simmons Residence as well as eligible community youth. The Arizona State Department of Education, division of Special Education, approves and licenses William K. Eaton School.

ARK is an intensive, personalized, behavior-based program in collaboration with select Mesa Schools for youth involved in "at-risk" behaviors. This program is available at no cost to as-risk youth grades 7-12 who have been identified by school counselors, teachers and parents.
ARK is designed to address barriers from the student being successful in school in the areas of attendance, GPA and discipline.

These programs are community-based alternatives to traditional juvenile court services for status offenders, pre-delinquent youth and their families. The Centers provide:
- Immediate crisis stabilization
- Referrals
- Individual, family and group counseling
- Evaluation and mediation services
- Non-secure alternative to detention (23 hours)
- Aftercare follow-up and services
- 24 hours a day, 7 day a week operation
